I was visiting with a colleague who is in charge of a project where they have 21 slots for presentations and have had over 40 classes submit proposals.
How would you handle this?

Yes, this post is a YEAR late! See where it says, “today’s presentations”…that is really November 2006! Bluebonnet Conference 2007

We have kicked off Bluebonnet Conference 2007 with a twist. Last year, I spent two hours teaching the Baylor University students how to use the Moodle site and telling them about videoconferencing. I was really good at the “telling” part….I even showed pictures so they would really understand videoconferencing
