Sample Email for RAP Test Calls

Yes, we are continuing the RAP test calls and I found a format that works for succintly communicating the test call request. Note: I include a full email signature with all my contact information in it.
Hi, Martin,
I would like to schedule a test connection for RAP. We are the regional bridge and will be facilitating the following two connections for Read Across the Planet.
- 3/2 Shelli Moore (Hico Elem) connecting with Alicia Winans (Mt. Morris Central Elem) IP 207.74.140.55
- 3/6 Barbara Johnson (Hamilton Elem) connecting with Jan Cornelison (Mason Elem) IP 207.74.140.55
Here are times we have available for tests
- 2/16 9:30, 10:00 or 10:30 AM CST
- 2/19 8:00-11:00 CST
- 2/20 8:00-11:00 AM CST or 1:00-3:00 PM CST
